Q: How long in
advance do I need to book my shipment?
A: We recommended that you book your shipmeny at least two
weeks in advance. Some brokers and carriers can accommodate
shorter notice.

Q: How long it
takes for my shipment to reach destination via ocean?
A: Depending on a particular destination location:
Germany and ports in North Europe transit time is about 2
weeks;
Ports in Adriatic, including Rijeka, Ploce and Bar takes
between 25 and 40 days.
For additional inland transit to Belgrade or Sarajevo for
example, please add another 5-7 days.

Q: Why does it
take so long?
A: All transit times are based on estimates. Many factors go
into length of time it takes to reach destination, including
high or low season, customs clearance, conditions at sea
etc.
Generally, our container are shipped every about 10 days, or
more frequently during high season. Customs clearance takes
about 3-5 days, actual sailing time is about 3 weeks. Once
at destination, it might take another 1-3 days to clear
paperwork and release cargo.

Q: What
documentation I need to prepare when shipping cargo?
A: Everyone is required to fill out our shipping form. If

vehicle TITLE (without lien). If shipping personal effects,
you will be required to provide manifest, detailing contents
of your cargo.
You will also need a photo copy of your drivers license and

If your shipment value exceeds $2,500.00, we are required to
collect your SS# (for individual) or Tax ID# (for
companies).

Q: Is my car
insured while in transit overseas?
A: Shipping companies are required to carry insurance, but
by law are not liable for more than $500 per vehicle.
We strongly recommend that you purchase your own insurance
policy.
There are two types of shipping insurance you will want to
consider:
(1) Total Loss covers your vehicle in the event of theft,
fire, or accident on the boat and during transit,
but does
not cover damage to the vehicle.
(2) Full Coverage covers full value of your vehicle which
includes protection for any damage incurred
during shipping.

Q: Can I insure
my shipment with you and how much it costs?
A: Yes. When you fill out shipping form, please indicate
that you require your cargo to be insured. Cost of insuring
your cargo is 1.6% of declared value of your shipment.

Q: Who will load
my cargo and can I be present during loading?
A: Your cargo will be loaded in our warehouse. You can be
present during loading process provided that you comply with
safety instructions.

car be shipped?
A: You have two options for shipping your car overseas.

Container shipping is more secure and managed by our
proffessional stuff.

you can load in the container?
